Refund and Returns Policy – ProKitchenCare Essentials

At ProKitchenCare Essentials, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality kitchen appliances and equipment. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition as received.
- Be returned in the original packaging to ensure safe handling.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Approved refunds will be processed, with a credit applied to your original payment method within a standard timeframe.
- Late or missing refunds: If your refund is delayed, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to process.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the item’s value. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was purchased by someone else before gifting, we will refund the original buyer.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, mail it to the address provided via email.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If eligible for a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
